Verify Eligibility
Ensure that the tea packaging is unopened, the seal is intact, and the item is within the 30-day return window from the date of receipt.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include your RMA number before mailing the package to our designated returns facility.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned tea, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
